I’m a career woman who started from humble beginnings. An independent woman and mother who’s faced significant adversity, made mistakes, and chosen to own every life lesson. Through it all, I’ve learned to dig deep, evolve, and uncover my truth. Losing my voice became the catalyst for finding my inner strength, resilience, and ultimately, my calling.
My passion lies in helping women grow in the way they see and trust themselves as leaders. As a leadership coach based in Ontario, I work with anyone who is ready to step into their next phase - to lead with more clarity, confidence, and self-awareness.

With over 25 years of leadership experience in Human Resources, Operations, and Training & Development within the retail industry, and eight years as a certified coach (ICF Associate Certified / ACC), I bring both practical insight and heartfelt presence to the work I do with my clients.
